How to acknowledge and recognize your own strengths with Karissa Adkins
Not every day is the same. There are days with challenges, pressure, or unpleasant surprises. On these types of days, it might be hard to remember what you’re good at. However, you need to know that every person is born with unique set talents, strengths and weaknesses. These strengths can help you succeed in life while your weaknesses might hold you back. In order to fully live out the potential of these strengths, it’s important to keep in mind what they are and how you use them in your daily life. Take time to acknowledge and recognize what you’re naturally good.
Understanding the skills that makes us different from one another will allow us to highlight our own unique abilities that can lead us down creative avenues without feeling bored or discouraged by the struggles that come with being human. The more confident you are in yourself, the less power those negative emotions will have over your self-esteem.
